RS 12.4 g/l, TA TA 12.4 g/l. 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. Quiet sort of nose, but then a real broad burst of flavour on the palate. Yeastiness, but also tarte Tatin, fresh citrus juice, spices and cream. Really substantial - lots of extract, but all in very good balance. (RH)
